"A faithful messenger is like a cool drink in the heat of harvest to those who sent him; he refreshes the spirit of his master." (Proverbs 25:13)

Pastor Yohan Lee holds onto this verse, serving and fulfilling his mission to refresh the heart of God. He received a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Baekseok University and its graduate school, and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2012.

Tim Im

Youth Pastor

Hello! My name is Timothy Im and I am currently serving as the youth pastor at Revive Church of San Diego and 주사랑 교회. I was born and raised in Sacramento, California my whole life till I left for college in 2015 to attend San Diego state university. Even though I went to church my whole life it was in college where God really met me and I gave my life to him and never turned back. I began to feel the call for ministry on my life in 2018 and after graduating from college in 2020 I began seminary at Azusa Pacific university where I will be finishing my master of divinity fall of 2023. I hope to live a life that is holy and righteous before the Lord, and love serving the church. I love the Lord and hope to serve Him for the rest of my life!

Daniel Kang

Children's Pastor

Pastor Daniel Kang is a servant of the Lord who loves the Lord and is loved by the Lord. He cannot help but confess that it was only the Lord who saved him, a sinner destined for death, through God's complete grace, and made him a witness who received the gospel as life.

Since dedicating himself to the Lord in 2011, he served in various local churches and missionary organizations. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Berkeley in 2020, he is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling at Talbot School of Theology. He also serves in the children's ministry at Revive Church of San Diego and 주사랑 교회.

Daniel Lee

Children's Shepherd

Daniel has lived in San Diego since immigrating to the U.S. at age 10 and was raised by his aunt. In 2015, he graduated from UCSD with a degree in psychology and began serving in local missions, working with the homeless, at-risk youth, and children with autism. Since 2019, he has worked full-time as a social worker, protecting abused children and supporting families. He married Frances in 2019, and in 2024, God blessed them with their daughter, Amelia Hayul.

Daniel fully surrendered his life to God when the Lord revealed through His Son’s sacrifice that His love is freely given and that there is nothing he can or needs to do to earn the love he had longed for from his earthly parents. He loves the Lord and His people and desires to serve Him all the days of his life. He is humbled and grateful that God would use him as His instrument to help lay a gospel foundation in the hearts of the youngest members of the church.
